GUIDE is Medicare's dementia care program. For families who qualify, some of what Lizzy Care does is covered at no cost to you.

For qualifying families, GUIDE can include:

Regular check-ins and caregiver support
Help coordinating appointments and community resources
The Lizzy Care app and shared Care Circle
Some respite hours each year, for those who qualify

Who qualifies? Your loved one needs a dementia diagnosis and Original Medicare, not Medicare Advantage. No diagnosis yet? We can help you get one.

Not eligible, or need more? We help on a private-pay basis, and we are always clear about what Medicare covers before we begin.
