You should also make sure that you have a record of your loved ones insurance information including what plan they have and their membership number. Take a photocopy of their insurance card and keep it in the important documents binder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you know when the plan renews and set up a reminder and review any benefits your loved one is entitled to.
